As projects vary greatly in complexity and scope, we will need to know what you have in mind so we can determine approximately the cost involved. Please contact us for an estimate on your project. We are glad to provide this estimate with no obligation to you. Fees are quoted on a per-contract basis. We require a down payment of 50% of the estimate prior to beginning work on your project, with the final 50% due upon approved completion of project.
We want to ensure that your project reflects your business or organization perfectly. Here is the general framework for the ways we work with you to accomplish this:
To begin, we will send you a questionnaire to complete which will help us understand how you want your project to look and function. Additionally, you are free to provide us with sketches or other images to illustrate your ideas for the project.
Along with the questionnaire, we request that you send us any text and images you will be using. It is important to have the bulk of this information at the start of the project so we can effectively incorporate everything into a cohesively-designed piece. Please note: it is essential that you own the copyright or proper authorization for any item or text to be used in your project.
Upon completion of the questionnaire and receipt of the content noted above, we will mock up a draft version so you can give us feedback on the basic components.
Work will proceed from there until you are entirely satisfied with the final outcome.
Upon final payment, the completed project belongs fully to you. However, any design elements or graphics created by us and used in draft versions that do not end up in the final project remain our intellectual property. While the project is your property, we do retain the rights to add it to our design portfolio.
